The much awaited trailer of Shah Rukh Khan's Happy New Year was released last evening, and while fans went gaga, Salman Khan wasn't far behind. The actor took to twitter to compliment the crew's effort.
But upon closer inspection, the fine print reads not all that innocent. Salman clearly put his famous wit to use. See for yourself.
Quite the wordsmith, indeed. The film's director, Farah Khan though acknowledged the compliment and thanked the actor. Here's what she wrote.
In case you want to talk numbers (since that's what the movie business is all about), Salman Khan's Kick reportedly beat Shah Rukh's Chennai Express at the box office.
According to a leading daily, Chennai Express earned Rs.226.70 crore at the box office last Eid, while Kick collected Rs.227.65 crore as on Wednesday, clearly emerging as the winner.
Any thoughts on how well Happy New Year's going to do at the box office? The 'hunger games' continue.
